Eosinophilic panniculitis is characterized by prominent infiltration of eosinophils in the subcutaneous fat. It may be considered as a reactive process because most patients have an associated systemic condition. Once a diagnosis of eosinophilic panniculitis is established, appropriate evaluation for an associated clinical condition should be performed. Human toxocariasis is a helminthozoonosis due to migration of Toxocara species larvae and one of the major causes of peripheral eosinophilia. The larva can reach various organs such as the liver, lung, brain, and eye and cause visceral larva migrans. We report a case of toxocariasis manifested by erythematous pruritic nodules on left thigh and migrating pulmonary infiltration on CT scan in a 45- year-old man with eosinophilia.
